We have 3 orientation options for students, in-person, live online, and self-paced online. Each orientation covers the information you need to get started at Gwinnett Tech. In-person and live online sessions require that you sign-up for the session and attendance is limited. If you are accepted after the live or in-person sessions, you will need to complete the self-paced online orientation.

read more › Gwinnett Technical College is the state's second largest technical college, serving more than 21,000 students annually in college credit courses, adult education and continuing education. Gwinnett Tech reached record breaking enrollment with more than 12,000 students earning college credit in 2019. More the 3,500 high school students enrolled in Dual Enrollment last year - a 65% increase in enrollment from the previous year. The Continuing Education Division provided customized training options to more than 5,546 students last year, plus a myriad of businesses.

read more › Rebecca Alexander leads the planning, implementation, and coordination for the 140+ academic programs at the College. She provides support to faculty and ensures curricula reflect the mission of Gwinnett Tech, preparing students for successful careers. Prior to joining Gwinnett Tech in 2007, Alexander worked in the Career Management Center at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and taught courses in composition, literature and developmental studies at the University of North Alabama.

read more › Gwinnett Technical College has two locations-one in Lawrenceville and another in Alpharetta-North Fulton. The Gwinnett Tech Lawrenceville campus is located in the heart of Gwinnett County, so getting here is easy. We are approximately 25 miles northeast of Atlanta, at the corner of Highway 316 and Sugarloaf Parkway. There is ample student parking available.
